To ensure a smooth return process, customers are requested to follow the guidelines below:
- Returns must be initiated by contacting us via call or WhatsApp with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Customers must share clear images or videos of the product for approval before sending the item back.
- Products should be returned using a reliable courier service. All shipping costs, including forward and return charges, will be borne by the customer.
- The return package must clearly mention the Order Number and registered mobile number.
- Once the product is shipped back, customers are required to share the parcel image along with courier tracking details.
Product Condition for Returns
Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and properly secured to avoid damage during transit.
Return Timeline
- All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
- If the returned parcel is not received, customers may be asked to provide valid courier proof of delivery.
- Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our team, and an update will be shared within 72 hours.

- Once approved, the product must be couriered back to our return address.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue store credit equivalent to the product value.
5 Cancellation Policy

- A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and operational costs.
- Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be cancelled.

Customers are encouraged to modify orders instead of cancelling. Products, quantities, or sizes can be adjusted before dispatch without additional charges (price differences may apply).
